Creates "Lamont Dottin's Law" requiring police agencies to accept reports whenever an adult is reported missing from their normal residence and their whereabouts cannot be determined by someone with knowledge of their location.

Applies only to missing adults who do not qualify as missing children under Executive Law Section 837-E or vulnerable adults under Executive Law Section 837-1.

Police agencies must collect information necessary to file an electronic report with the National Crime Information Center Register.

Police agencies must submit the electronic report to the National Crime Information Center Register within twenty-four hours if the missing person has not been located.

Takes effect sixty days after becoming law.
