Amends Executive Law Section 844-b to broaden the Committee for the Coordination of Police Services to Elderly Persons beyond solely studying "Triad Programs" to evaluating broader effective responses to crime against elderly persons.

Expands the committee's authority to consult with experts, service providers, and representative organizations engaged in protecting the elderly, beyond just law enforcement and senior advocates.

Authorizes the committee to recommend development of multiple programs (not just Triad Programs) to help elderly persons avoid criminal victimization through coordinated efforts of state and local law enforcement and elderly service organizations.

Permits the committee to recommend policies and programs for law enforcement implementation, including training, prevention standards, and technical assistance related to such programs.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
