Prohibits the sale, distribution, import, or export of escolar (lepidocybium flavorbrunneum) or oilfish (ruvettus pretiosus) under the names "tuna," "albacore tuna," "white tuna," or any other name except their recognized common or scientific species names.

Applies the prohibition to persons, wholesalers, distributors, retail food stores, and food service establishments engaged in willful misbranding.

Defines escolar to include fish known by common names walu or snake mackerel.

Takes effect 120 days after enactment, with the Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets authorized to issue necessary regulations immediately.
