Creates new crime of aggravated harassment of police officers, peace officers, court officers, emergency medical technicians, or paramedics under Penal Law Section 240.33

Applies when person intentionally causes these officials to come into contact with blood, seminal fluid, saliva, urine, or feces by throwing, tossing, or expelling such materials while they are performing official duties

Requires that the person knows or reasonably should know the victim is a covered officer or medical professional

Classifies the offense as a Class E felony

Takes effect on November 1st of the year following enactment
