Department of Economic Development shall create and maintain a computerized registry of state, federal, private, and non-profit technical and financial assistance programs available to small businesses and minority and women-owned business enterprises

Directory must be updated at least monthly and allow public search by name, date, or type of assistance, with separate categorization for financial versus technical assistance and dedicated sections for minority and women-owned business programs

Each program listing shall include program description, assistance type, application instructions and deadlines, contact person name/address/phone number, and for financial assistance, the amount available and funding source

Directory shall also maintain contact information for relevant state and federal agencies and provide links to current United States Census data

Directory must be publicly accessible within one year of the law's effective date, with the Commissioner authorized to adopt implementing rules and regulations
