Amends agriculture and markets law to require the Department to post food inspection violations on its website or another agency website for the most recent three years of available data

Applies to retail and wholesale entities handling food, including retail food stores, food warehouses, food manufacturers, and food processors

Required posted information must include the violator's name and business address, inspection date, violations cited, and penalties imposed

For manufacturers or processors, requires listing brand names of products produced at the premises where violations occurred, unless the Department determines products were unaffected by the violations

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law
