Commissioner of Temporary and Disability Assistance must make available on its website an electronic version of the National Human Trafficking Resources Center (NHTRC) hotline poster, available for printing in English and all other languages the NHTRC poster is available in.

Poster must be at least 8.5 inches by 11 inches in size and include specific information about the NHTRC hotline (1-888-373-7888), including that it operates 24/7, is toll-free, anonymous, confidential, accessible in 170 languages, and can provide help and referrals.

Commissioner shall consult with state agencies and organizations to encourage poster placement in public locations where trafficking victims may be present, including highway rest stops, bus stations, truck stops, airports, hospitals, urgent care centers, and adult or sexually oriented businesses.

Posters should be placed in conspicuous locations near primary public entrances or other areas where notices are customarily posted.

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment, with the commissioner authorized to adopt necessary rules and regulations immediately.
