Mandates reporting within twenty-four hours of contributions or loans exceeding $1,000 or liabilities exceeding $5,000 received after the filing period closes but before any election

Requires all campaign financial disclosure statements filed within fifteen days before any election to be submitted in person or by express or electronic mail rather than standard postal mail

Prohibits candidates from accepting contributions from charitable organizations and 501(c) corporations by requiring contribution forms to contain language stating such contributions are forbidden
