Commissioner of the Office of Mental Health must develop and publish educational materials for educators on suicide prevention and youth depression, in consultation with the Department of Education commissioner

Materials must include information on depression symptoms, how depression manifests across different cultures, suicide warning signs, and actions to take when youth are identified as at-risk

Materials must include a list of educational websites regarding suicide and youth

Materials must be made available to educators through the Office of Mental Health website and other appropriate means within ninety days of the act's effective date

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment
