Amends Executive Law Section 292 to define "victim of domestic violence" by reference to Social Services Law Section 459-A

Adds "status as a victim of domestic violence" as a protected class in housing discrimination provisions, covering refusal to sell/rent, discriminatory terms and conditions, and discriminatory advertising

Extends domestic violence victim protections to public accommodations, real estate transactions, educational institutions, and real estate board membership

Permits housing providers to inquire about domestic violence status solely for purposes of providing residency, assistance to victims, or responding to applicant requests

Takes effect ninety days after enactment
