Requires Additional Member Contributions (AMC) from Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA) employees who leave and later return to eligible positions, including contributions for periods of non-participation in managerial roles.

Bridge and Tunnel Officers must contribute an additional 5.5% of compensation; Sergeants and Lieutenants must contribute an additional 6% of compensation for the non-participating period.

Applies only to new employees within the TBTA and takes effect immediately upon enactment.

Estimated to reduce actuarial present value of benefits by approximately $60,000 per affected member at retirement and decrease employer costs by roughly $7,000 per year per affected member.
