Department of Economic Development shall create and maintain a registry of state, federal, private, and non-profit technical and financial assistance programs available to small businesses and minority and women-owned business enterprises

Computerized directory must be updated at least monthly with public access allowing users to search by name, date, or type of assistance

Programs shall be divided into financial and technical assistance categories, with separate webpages for programs applicable solely to minority and women-owned business enterprises

Each program listing must include program description, type of assistance, application instructions, application deadline, contact person information, and for financial assistance, the amount available and source of funds

Directory must also include contact information for relevant state and federal agencies and provide links to the most recent United States Census data; directory shall be publicly accessible within one year of the law's effective date
