Amends election law section 4-117 to allow the State Board of Elections to designate specific postal language (instead of "ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED") on voter notification mailings to ensure mail is returned with forwarding information when undeliverable.

Modifies section 5-210 to allow the State Board of Elections to designate specific postal language on voter registration notices instead of requiring "ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED" on nonforwardable first class mail.

Permits boards of elections to send a single communication to households with multiple registered voters, with all voter names listed as part of the address.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
