Requires the Division of Veterans' Affairs to maintain a fact sheet on its webpage titled "Information for Veterans concerning Health Care Options" containing contact information for all veterans integrated service networks within the state and U.S. Veterans Health Administration medical centers and clinics, updated annually.

Expands hospital admissions inquiries to ask whether patients have served in the United States armed forces, rather than only asking if they are veterans as defined by civil service law.

Requires hospital staff to notify admitted veterans of possible services available at Veterans Administration hospitals and arrange transfers upon request if the patient's condition has stabilized and transfer is medically safe.

Mandates hospitals provide all admitted patients who have served in the U.S. armed forces with a copy of the veterans health care options fact sheet prior to discharge or transfer.

Takes effect immediately for section one (ninety days after enactment) and section two takes effect one hundred eighty days after enactment.
