Authorizes courts to require defendants in judicial diversion programs to wear continuous electronic monitoring devices at the court's discretion

Amends Criminal Procedure Law section 216.05 governing release conditions for judicial diversion participants

Electronic monitoring would be implemented in accordance with Penal Law section 65.10, subdivision 4

Adds electronic monitoring as an optional condition alongside existing requirements such as periodic court appearances, urinalysis, substance abuse treatment, and refraining from criminal behavior

Takes effect immediately and applies to all judicial diversion agreements entered into after the effective date
