Defines "computer generated registration list" as a printed or electronic alphabetical list of voters for a single election district or poll site, generated from computer registration files and containing facsimile voter signatures.

Allows computer generated registration lists to be used in place of traditional registration poll records to establish voter eligibility on election day.

Permits computer generated registration lists to be formatted in single or multiple volumes as needed.

Amends Election Law section 4-128 to update the list of supplies that county boards of elections must provide to poll sites, including official ballots, instruction cards, inspector manuals, and maps or street finders for determining correct election districts.
