Amends the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law to expand the educational exemption for underage alcohol consumption to include both on-campus and off-campus courses (previously limited to "classes").

Allows persons to provide alcoholic beverages to students under 21 who are enrolled in state education department-licensed or registered curricula that require tasting or imbibing alcohol as part of required coursework.

Restricts the provision of alcohol to instructional purposes only during courses conducted pursuant to the approved curriculum.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
