Adds a new authority to the Office for the Aging to conduct a public education campaign emphasizing zero-tolerance for elder abuse, subject to appropriations being available.

Campaign shall include information on signs and symptoms of elder abuse, identification of potential causes, available prevention resources, reporting locations for suspected abuse, and contact information for victim services including counseling and shelter assistance.

Campaign may utilize printed materials, audio, video, electronic media, and public service announcements or advertisements.

Requires the Office for the Aging to consult with the Office of Children and Family Services in developing and conducting the campaign.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
