Amends General City Law Section 36, Subdivision 3 regarding certificates of occupancy for one or two family residential dwellings on unmapped streets in New York City

Requires buildings to be in compliance with all applicable laws before a certificate of occupancy can be issued without board of standards and appeals review

Allows certificates of occupancy without board review if the corporation counsel determines the unmapped street has been open and in use for at least 10 years with proper documentation and suitable improvements

Permits certificates of occupancy without board review if another building on the same block and fronting the same unmapped street has already successfully obtained one through board of standards and appeals approval

Requires buildings on unmapped streets to be equipped with automatic fire sprinklers to qualify for expedited certificate of occupancy processing
