Amends Labor Law Section 537 to require the Commissioner of Labor to provide lists of unemployment insurance benefit recipients to the Chief Administrator of the Courts for integration into prospective juror lists.

Expands recipients of juror list information to include chief judges of United States district courts and clerks or jury administrators of United States district courts, in addition to existing state court officials.

Requires a cooperative agreement between the Chief Administrator of the Courts and the Commissioner of Labor that complies with federal regulations and ensures confidential handling of unemployment insurance recipient lists.

Restricts use of unemployment insurance benefit lists solely to compiling prospective juror lists for appropriate counties and prohibits unauthorized use or disclosure of the information.
