Amends Social Services Law Section 483-ee to expand the interagency task force on human trafficking to include six additional appointed members beyond the ten existing state commissioners and directors.

Adds two members appointed on the recommendation of the temporary president of the senate and two members appointed on the recommendation of the speaker of the assembly.

Adds two members appointed on the recommendation of the not-for-profit organization in New York State that receives the largest share of state-appropriated funds for services to human trafficking victims, as identified annually by the director of the budget.

Establishes two-year terms for the six new appointed members, with membership continuing until a successor is appointed and members eligible for reappointment upon recommendation in the specified manner.
