Defines "mandatory arbitration clause" as a contract provision requiring parties to submit disputes to arbitration with final, non-reviewable decisions before pursuing legal action.

Adds "representative" definition as an employee or agent of a company responsible for administering consumer contracts for goods, services, or employment.

Expands the definition of "consumer goods" to include employment relationships in addition to goods and services purchased for personal, family, or household purposes.

Applies to written contracts entered into on or after the bill's effective date.
