Makes recorded interrogations subject to discovery under section 331.2 of the Family Court Act.

Requires courts to consider whether interrogations complied with video-recording and disclosure requirements when determining suitability of questioning and reasonable questioning duration.

Takes effect November 1 in the year following enactment and applies only to statements made on or after the effective date; authorizes implementing rules immediately upon enactment.
