Law enforcement agencies with untested kits prior to the bill's effective date must submit them to a forensic laboratory within one hundred eighty days.

Forensic laboratories must process previously untested kits within one hundred twenty days of receipt and report DNA profile results within ninety days of development.

Forensic laboratories and law enforcement agencies must submit quarterly written reports to the division on the number of kits received, processed, and unprocessed, including submission timelines.
