Amends General Obligations Law by adding Article 18-B to establish safety requirements for agricultural tourism operations in New York State.

Defines "agricultural tourism" to include maple syrup production, farm and winery tours, equine therapy, u-pick Christmas trees, hiking, hunting, and outdoor recreation activities on farms.

Requires agricultural tourism operators to post wayfinding signage, train employees, display "Warning to Visitors" notices at ticket sales points, provide written instruction on inherent risks, and offer full refunds for unused tickets if visitors are unwilling to participate.

Imposes duties on visitors to comply with posted signs and rules of conduct, remain in designated areas, and refrain from damaging safety signage or devices.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
