Authorizes the commissioner of general services to sell state property located at 170 East 210th Street in the Bronx to Montefiore Medical Center, a not-for-profit hospital, at fair market value.

Property is identified as block 3343, lot 326 on the city tax map, consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet (150 feet by 100 feet) with existing buildings and improvements.

Montefiore Medical Center must submit an accurate survey and legal description of the property to the commissioner for approval prior to conveyance.

Montefiore Medical Center must apply for the land purchase within two years of the act's effective date or the authorization expires.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
