Authorizes the Village of Kings Point in Nassau County to discontinue and alienate 1.101 acres of parkland located on Kings Point Road (47,945 square feet).

Validates and ratifies a prior alienation of the same parkland that occurred without prior state legislative authorization.

Requires the village to dedicate 6.642 acres of replacement parkland in three parcels near Manhasset Bay and install a fence delineating the alienated parkland boundaries before the alienation takes effect.

Mandates that if the replacement parkland value is less than the alienated parkland's fair market value, the village must dedicate the difference toward acquiring additional parklands or funding capital improvements to existing park facilities.

Requires compliance with federal Land and Water Conservation Fund requirements if applicable, including obtaining Department of Interior approval that replacement lands are equivalent in fair market value and recreational usefulness.
