Amends Labor Law Section 12 to include "forward-facing employment data" in the definition of labor market information transmitted to educational institutions.

Defines forward-facing employment data as current and projected employment opportunities in New York State, including factors such as geographical location and required training and experience.

Requires the Department of Labor to transmit forward-facing employment data bi-monthly to school districts, boards of cooperative educational services, and community colleges maintaining approved career education programs.

Mandates that the Education Department provide explanatory analysis of the forward-facing employment data written in clear, understandable language to guide career education planning and vocational guidance.

Requires the Labor Commissioner and Education Commissioner to meet at least monthly (except July and August) to jointly determine the adequacy of labor market information and forward-facing employment data for transmission.
