Amends Public Authorities Law Section 1676(b)(2) to remove the geographic restriction "of Brooklyn, New York" from Dancewave's designation, changing it to "Dancewave, Inc."

Amends Public Authorities Law Section 1680(1) to remove the same geographic restriction "of Brooklyn, New York" from Dancewave's designation, changing it to "Dancewave, Inc."

Maintains Dancewave's eligibility for financing, acquisition, construction, development, improvement, expansion and equipping of facility or facilities and related ancillary facilities

Takes effect on the same date as the 2016 laws (S. 6023 and A. 7770) that originally authorized financing and construction of capital facilities for Dancewave
