Requires supermarkets to conspicuously post their most recent letter grade near the entrance in accordance with commissioner regulations.

Mandates follow-up inspections within 7-21 days for supermarkets receiving grades below "A", with previous grade posted during interim period and right to appeal within 30 days.

Sets suggested inspection intervals based on grades: Grade A establishments at least annually, Grade B at least every nine months, and Grade C at least every six months.

Allows supermarkets to request reinspections for a fee of up to $250 and exempts establishments operated by colleges, universities, correctional facilities, and charitable organizations from the grading requirements.
