Allows liquor store licensees to sell tonic water, bitters, and maraschino cherries without this constituting engagement in another business, amending section 63 of the alcoholic beverage control law.

Permits beer wholesalers and other liquor wholesalers to transport and sell tonic water, bitters, and maraschino cherries, amending section 104 of the alcoholic beverage control law.

Restructures the list of permissible non-alcoholic items that liquor retailers and wholesalers may sell to clarify that these cocktail mixers and garnishes do not violate existing restrictions on conducting other businesses on licensed premises.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
