Authorizes the adjutant general to present the "New York State Korean War Service Medal" on behalf of the New York State Legislature.

Eligible recipients must be New York State citizens or former citizens who served in U.S. Armed Forces (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard) or organized militia on active duty during the Korean War from June 25, 1950 through July 27, 1953.

Recipients must have been honorably discharged or released under honorable circumstances during the Korean War.

Limits award to one medal per person, unless that person is awarded succeeding stars as provided in the law.

Medal recipients must maintain an honorable service record after receiving the medal to continue wearing it.
