Establishes Article 22-A of the Judiciary Law to create a legal framework for judicial wellness or assistance committees sponsored by state or local bar associations.

Grants attorney-client privilege to confidential communications between judicial wellness committee members and persons providing information to the committee, with privilege waivable only by the information provider.

Excludes information about judges committing or likely to commit substantial violations of judicial conduct rules from the privilege protection.

Provides immunity from civil liability for persons, firms, or corporations acting in good faith when providing information to or participating in judicial wellness committees, with good faith presumed in any proceeding.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
