Requires long-term care insurers to allow senior citizen insureds to designate a third party to receive notices of nonpayment of premiums and cancellation for nonpayment.

Mandates that notice of cancellation for nonpayment of premiums be sent no later than 30 days before the effective date of cancellation.

Requires insurers to notify senior citizen insureds not less than annually of the third party designee notification procedure and include a third party designation form with each premium statement if no designation has been made.

Requires insurers to confirm that a third party designee's contact information is correct and verify any designation or termination of designation with the senior citizen insured.

Adds to long-term care insurance disclosure requirements that prospective insureds age 65 or older have the right to designate a third party to receive cancellation notices.
