Adds definition of "pet cremated remains" to not-for-profit corporation law as ashes and other residue recovered after cremation of domestic animals adapted to live with people at a pet crematorium.

Permits interment of pet cremated remains in cemetery corporations only when incidental to burial of human remains and with written authorization from the cemetery corporation.

Requires cemetery corporations to provide a list of approved charges for pet cremated remains interment, with all payments deposited into the cemetery's permanent maintenance fund.

Specifies pet cremated remains must be disposed of by placement in a grave, crypt, or niche, and exempts religious cemeteries and religious lot owners from these provisions.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
