Amends New York City Administrative Code to modify signage requirements for school speed zones where the city commissioner establishes speed limits of 15-20 miles per hour.

Requires official signs at each selected school location to include the reduced speed limit, flashing beacons, and a notice stating the reduced speed limit is in effect when beacons are flashing.

Applies to highways passing school buildings, entrances, or exits abutting the highway within a distance not to exceed 1,320 feet.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
