Requires caseworkers and child protective services employees to document each home visit contact with a child using a date and time-stamped photograph of the front door of the residence where the child resides.

Mandates use of GPS-capable devices (tablets, cellular phones, or comparable devices) to take photographs and provide geographic documentation of visits.

Photographs must be of sufficient quality to clearly identify the front door and contain accurate time, date, and location data, and become part of the confidential case record subject to supervisor review.

Allows parents or legal guardians to object to the photograph or geographic documentation, in which case the caseworker must provide a signed form documenting the visit and verification of the child's well-being.

Applies the same documentation requirements to foster child contacts made by caseworkers, child protective services employees, or authorized agencies as part of treatment plans or supervision and monitoring.
