Establishes a citywide central registry administered by the Department listing all complaints against child day care facilities that result in disciplinary investigations, actions, or administrative or judicial proceedings

Registry must include the nature of each complaint and the status of the investigation or proceeding

Requires child care services to post signs at public entrances notifying parents that the central registry may be accessed through the department's website or by calling 311

Amends existing posting requirements to include instructions on how to access the central registry in addition to inspection reports

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
