Authorizes the Commissioner of General Services to transfer the Freeport Armory at 63 Babylon Turnpike in Freeport, Nassau County to the Village of Freeport for one dollar plus other consideration deemed appropriate by the commissioner.

The property consists of approximately 3 acres previously conveyed to the state by the Village of Freeport on June 13, 1949, and was declared abandoned state land by the Division of Military and Naval Affairs.

The Village of Freeport must submit an application to the Office of General Services within one year of the act's effective date to receive the land transfer.

The Village must use the property for general municipal purposes, including utilizing and improving the structures on the site; if the property ceases to be used for these purposes, title reverts to the State of New York.

The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
