Amends New York Elder Law to require the Office for the Aging, in conjunction with the Department of Health, to develop and maintain a database of programs supporting elderly persons (age 60+) with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Database criteria for program inclusion shall be developed jointly by the Director and Commissioner of Health, with consultation of public, governmental, non-profit, and for-profit agencies as needed.

Database information accessible to the public shall include contact information, program name, brief description, and geographic service area, and shall be posted on the Office's website.

Database must be updated at least annually by the Office for the Aging in conjunction with the Department of Health.

Act takes effect one year after becoming law, with authorization for necessary rule and regulation implementation to be completed by the effective date.
