Commissioner of Temporary and Disability Assistance must make available on its website an electronic version of the National Human Trafficking Resources Center (NHTRC) hotline poster in English and all other languages the NHTRC poster is available in.

Poster must be at least 8.5 by 11 inches and include information about the NHTRC hotline at 1-888-373-7888, which operates 24/7, toll-free, anonymously, and in 170 languages.

Commissioner shall consult with state agencies and organizations to encourage placement of posters in public locations including highway rest stops, bus stations, truck stops, airports, adult businesses, hospitals, and urgent care centers, positioned near entrances or where notices are customarily posted.

Act takes effect 60 days after becoming law, with the commissioner authorized to adopt necessary rules and regulations effective immediately.
