Establishes the New York State Agriculture Educators Loan Forgiveness Incentive Program to provide student loan forgiveness awards to agriculture educators teaching in New York State.

Defines "agriculture educator" as an instructor providing didactic instruction in agriculture, food, and natural resources through lessons in science, communications, leadership, management, and technology.

Sets eligibility requirements including: graduation from an approved New York State college or university, outstanding student loan debt, current employment as an agriculture educator in New York State, and application within two years of graduation.

Awards shall be granted on a competitive basis by the Corporation within appropriated amounts and available funds, with consideration for economically disadvantaged applicants.

Becomes effective ninety days after enactment into law.
