Adds Section 13-341.1 to the New York City Administrative Code to prevent revocation, repeal, or diminishment of Fire Department Pension Fund payments when a pensioner holds or receives compensation from elected public office.

Applies to election to any public office in New York State, or any city, county, political subdivision, agency, or board within New York State.

Overrides any conflicting provisions in the NYC Charter, Administrative Code, or Retirement and Social Security Law Sections 211 and 212 that currently limit pensions due to post-retirement earnings.

Mirrors existing protections for retired New York City Police Pension Fund members under Administrative Code Section 13-250.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment, with minimal expected fiscal impact as actuaries estimate few retired members will be affected.
