Amends the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law Section 5-1.4 to extend the revocatory effect of divorce to persons in relationships based upon the marriage, including stepchildren, stepgrandchildren, and parents-in-law.

Establishes a presumption that the revocatory effect applies to these marriage-based relationships unless substantial evidence demonstrates the divorced individual's contrary intention.

Allows testimony regarding the divorced individual's contrary intention despite the spousal disqualification rule under CPLR 4519, provided the testimony is supported by other evidence.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
