Mandates dealers disclose GPS map update fees on the sales contract, lease agreement, or a separate initialed document in conspicuous boldface type with specific language stating whether the amount is the current cost on the day of sale/lease or an estimate of future cost

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek court injunctions against violations and impose civil penalties up to $500 per violation, with authority to order restitution to affected consumers

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
