Amends Agriculture and Markets Law Section 108 to define "deployed active military member's dog" as any dog whose owner is an active military member who has received orders requiring temporary housing during military service.

Allows municipalities to exempt deployed active military member's dogs from dog licensing fees, similar to existing exemptions for guide dogs, service dogs, therapy dogs, and police work dogs.

Requires dog licenses for deployed active military member's dogs to be conspicuously marked with the designation "DEPLOYED ACTIVE MILITARY MEMBER'S DOG" by the clerk or authorized dog control officer.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
