Expands disease management demonstration programs to include chronic bronchitis, other chronic respiratory diseases, and adult and childhood obesity as eligible chronic health conditions for Medicaid recipients.

Adds systematic chronic health condition monitoring and telehealth services to the list of services that disease management programs may provide to enrollees.

Prohibits family day care homes, group family day care homes, school age child care programs, and child day care centers from discouraging breastfeeding or feeding children with expressed breast milk.

Expands qualified wellness programs under insurance law to include substance or alcohol abuse cessation programs and chronic pain management programs.

Expands permissible rewards and incentives for wellness program participation to include reimbursement for stress and/or hypertension management, worker injury prevention, nutrition education, substance or alcohol abuse cessation, and chronic pain management programs.
