Amends the alcoholic beverage control law to clarify that instructors may provide alcohol to students under 21 who are enrolled in state education department-licensed or registered curricula that require tasting or imbibing alcohol for instructional purposes.

Expands the location where such alcohol consumption may occur from "classes" to "on-campus or off-campus courses" conducted as part of the required curriculum.

Applies the same expansion to a parallel provision in section 65-c of the alcoholic beverage control law to ensure consistent language across related statutes.

Maintains the requirement that alcoholic beverages be used solely for instructional purposes and be part of the required curriculum.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
