Adds definition of "computer generated registration list" to election law as a printed or electronic alphabetical list of voters for a single election district or poll site, containing facsimiles of voter signatures and usable in place of registration poll records to establish voting eligibility on election day.

Permits use of computer generated registration lists as an alternative to traditional registration poll records at polling places.

Updates poll site supply requirements to allow "other appropriate marking devices" instead of specifically requiring black ink or ball point pens with black ink and pencils with black lead.

Changes reference from "on the computer generated registration list" to "in the computer generated registration list" for consistency with the new registration list terminology.
