Establishes the NY Pride/NY Certified program for voluntary labeling of agricultural products grown and produced in New York State.

Products eligible for certification must be produced by farmers certified by the United States Department of Agriculture as using good agricultural practices or similar certification for that product type.

Producers must participate in their county's soil and water conservation district in implementing an agricultural environmental management plan.

Department shall certify qualifying products within thirty days of receiving an application from the producer.

Commissioner shall design an appropriate label for marketing certified agricultural products.
